Rocking acidity here, tempered with the tiniest bit of riesling for complexity, that straight-up GRABS YOU and says: “Yo, you feelin’ me?” Ultra-crisp and zesty, the kind of SB that literally makes you salivate…almost Sancerre-like with its flinty, stony edge, and then that roundness comes zooming in – just a WOW sort of thing. Long, complex, savory, awesome beautifully balanced, and intense. Did we mention 95 points?
