(I mean, did you SEE that final?!?!) Darkly luscious notes of black cherries, and juicy plums, with overtones of hoisin sauce, and a medley of roasted herbs like sage, and lavender, and thyme – YES!!! It’s spicy and dark, but damned if it ain’t pretty as all get out, too…floral peonies and hibiscus, with a perfumed drop of elderflower cordial. BRAVO!!! Ok…no more time wasting. I feel like the cat is out of the bag on this mystery. Go make some of it yours while we have it!
