Welp, there ya go. This nearly opaque and deeply ruby juice hails from the famed Ebenezer district of the Barossa Valley – an old vine haven where sandy soils allow vines to thrive seemingly forever. Up to 130-YEAR-OLD vines here, 100% shiraz, and simply ROCKING like you wouldn’t believe. The roasted coffee beans, the pencil lead shavings, the darkly sweet sensation of cocoa nibs, all twinkling like gemstones across a deep ruby core of cassis, and blackberry preserves, strawberries, boysenberries, plums…just AAAAAHHHHHH! The sheer PURPLENESS of it all – wrapped up in silky, ultra-fine, but definitely noticeable tannins! 97 points AND under $60?! I know, I know – I already said that part…but C’MON!!! Will FLY outta here…happy Saturday, y’all!
