Sure, I’ve maxed out two credit cards, and sure, my bank keeps urgently calling to make sure I haven’t been kidnapped and forced at gunpoint to buy CRAZY amounts of wine…but let’s just say – when it comes to drinking great wine over the next several months, I’m living it up like Jeff Bezos on his MEGA YACHT! First up, we have this 93 POINT Chardonnay, from the cool climate and idyllic Goldridge soils of Russian River’s Schneider Vineyard. This little golden wonder is what I call my breakfast Chardonnay – electrifyingly crisp, and filled with the sort of citrine zip and green apple POP that gets you LEAPING out of bed – irregardless of how many Manhattans you knocked back the night prior. Smoky flint, salty sea breeze, and a perfect little kiss of sushi ginger to keep those lips a’smacking! There’s weight, and texture, but in that perfect GOLDILOCKS measure that lets the vibrancy and sheer verve stand out like a vegan at a BBQ.
