Over 90 year-old vines give this a depth and complexity too nuanced for words…but I’ll do my best! The Korean pears! The oranges and white grapefruits, with barely ripe honeydew melon! And flecks of jalapeño, fresh cut grass, key lime pie, gun flint, crushed river rocks, salty sea spray, and…AND!
