How does Last Bottle work?
We offer one incredible wine at a time at a massive discount. Once that wine sells out, a new one is posted. It is a fast-paced race to secure the best bottles before they are gone forever.
When will my wine shipment arrive?
Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days. During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may hold your wine in our temperature-controlled cellar to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Each daily deal has a specific minimum bottle count (usually 3-6 bottles) that triggers free ground shipping to most states.
What is your return policy for corked or damaged wine?
We stand behind every bottle we sell. If you receive a bottle that is corked or damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 30 days for a credit or replacement.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
Because of our rapid-fire sales model, orders are processed immediately and cannot be combined. However, reaching the bottle minimum on any single order will grant you free shipping.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Federal law requires an adult signature (21+) for all alcohol deliveries. We recommend shipping to a business address if you are not home during the day.
